Returns, Damage & Warranty Policy
The following Returns Policy, Damage Policy, Warranty Policy and Product Colour notes apply to all Products sold by ROBHAR Enterprises Pty. Ltd. trading as SteelOnline.
Returns Policy
Where the Customer has used or installed the products, such use or installation shall be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted the goods notwithstanding that there is a defect in the quality or condition of the goods, or that they may fail to correspond with their specification and the buyer in those circumstances waives the right to make any claim against SteelOnline. The Customer must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put.
If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:
- All sales are final. SteelOnline cannot assume responsibility for the errors of others.
- Products or materials ordered incorrectly cannot be returned without prior approval.
- A “Return Authorization” form will be provided by SteelOnline and must accompany the product upon return.
- You may return your unused product in its original condition and original packaging within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Products that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements or refunds.
- Please request a “Return Authorization” form by sending us a message to : info@steelonline.co.za
- Your refund will be issued only after SteelOnline receives the returned product in its original condition, in its original packaging and together with the complete “Return Authorization” form.
- A refund of product cost incl. VAT will be made within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your notice of cancellation. The delivery and return charges will not be refunded.
- If the product is offered with free delivery, standard delivery & collection cost will be deducted from the amount of the product cost to be refunded. This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
Please note:
- This return policy does not apply to Products that are marked as non-returnable.
- Any bespoke & custom made finishes and/or products, reduced to clear or discontinued items and sales items are excluded from our return policy. They cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Damage Policy
All Products are shipped to you in appropriate packaging to help ensure that you receive your purchase in excellent condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

- If you receive a damaged Product, SteelOnline will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
- Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
- If there is minor damage to the packaging, indicate as such when you sign for the shipment, together with appropriate evidence of the damage.
- In the unlikely event that you find the Product to be damaged upon opening it, you must notify SteelOnline within 3(three) days of receipt. SteelOnline cannot take any responsibility for products damaged during the transportation, where a third party delivery-company is used, nor during the unloading or installation, if not done by SteelOnline.
Warranty Policy
No warranty, express or implied, is made. ROBHAR Enterprises Pty. Ltd trading as SteelOnline assumes no liability for damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product or from any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This means any loss, expense or damage other than to the product itself that may result from a defect in the product, incurred or suffered by or occasioned to the end user/purchaser of a defective product or to any third party.
Product Colour
- Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product’s colour when shown on our website, actual colours may vary. Due to computer monitor resolution and colour settings, subtle variations in colour and surface texture may not be fully revealed when viewing products on our website. We make every attempt to give you a good representation of the available colours for each product available in our online store.
